Is this tour suitable for children?
Children can travel on the boat if they are at least 130 cm tall at the time of the trip. The reason for this height restriction is safety, as the boat travels at high speed and all seats are fitted with safety belts. There is no suitable snorkeling equipment, wetsuits or life jackets for smaller children.
Can I buy drinks on board?
Various soft drinks can be purchased on board, filtered water is available free of charge (please bring your own bottle). Alcohol is not sold and consumption on board is not recommended. Guests who consume alcohol or are drunk are not allowed to snorkel.
Will the tour be canceled in bad weather?
Tours are only canceled in the event of strong winds or rough seas to ensure the safety and comfort of guests. Rain alone is not a reason for cancellation. The decision is usually made in the afternoon of the day before.
I can't swim, can I still snorkel?
If you cannot swim, snorkeling may not be possible. There are buoyancy aids such as noodles and life jackets on board, but with up to 36 guests, the three crew members cannot permanently supervise non-swimmers. As the snorkeling stop is on a remote reef with no infrastructure and is launched directly from the boat into deep water, this can be very challenging for non-swimmers or novice swimmers. Please check if Viper is the right tour for you.
