Yes, extreme low water levels can delay the departure time or, in rare cases, lead to cancellation. We will inform you at the time of booking or as early as possible. The tour duration remains the same – we just start later and return later accordingly. Departure is never before 8:30 am.

After departure, we serve morning coffee and tea on board the Turtle Islander. The exact schedule for the day depends on the activities booked and the size of the group. The crew will provide an overview before arriving on the island, and there is a board in the picnic area with all the times. You can always ask the crew if you have any questions.

Absolutely! Children can swim or snorkel directly from the beach. We provide swimming aids and our guides are happy to help with equipment and tips. The guided island hike and our treasure hunt for children are particularly popular.

Yes, portable buggies are welcome. Please note that there are no paved paths and you will need to push or carry the buggy on the sand. The shaded picnic area is perfect for a short break or a nap for the little ones.
