The meeting point is Meeting Point C at the Coral Sea Marina in Airlie Beach. At around 11:30 am (depending on tides and weather), the crew will welcome you on board and give you a short orientation briefing. You will then leave the harbor and sail to the Whitsunday Islands. In a sheltered bay, you have time to swim, snorkel and sunbathe before enjoying the sunset on deck. In the evening, the crew will serve a freshly prepared dinner and you can end the day with drinks and new friendships.

Start the day with a morning swim or a snorkel in the crystal-clear water. After breakfast, sail to Tongue Bay for access to the famous Whitehaven Beach. Enjoy the view of the world-famous sand formations on a guided bush walk to Hill Inlet Lookout.

Afterwards there is time to swim, play, sunbathe and take photos on the beach. Back on board, a freshly prepared lunch buffet awaits. You then sail on to one of the best snorkeling spots in the region. Discover the colorful fringing reefs with tropical fish, turtles and other sea creatures. If you prefer a quieter experience, you can relax on the boat’s large nets and enjoy the tropical sun.

In the evening, there is another delicious dinner before you spend another night under the stars on the boat.

Enjoy a last breakfast on board before the final snorkeling or swimming stop. The Avatar then sets sail back to Airlie Beach, where you will arrive at around 9:45 am.
