Is the price per kayak or per person?
The price is per person. If you are traveling alone, you will either get a single kayak or be put together with another solo traveler in a double kayak – so you always have a buddy for the day. If you have a preference, you can let us know at the time of booking.
Are there crocodiles in the Everglades?
No – the Noosa Everglades are too far south for crocodiles to be found here.
What is the difference between a guided and a self-guided tour?
Experience the Noosa Everglades independently on a self-guided tour. You will receive a detailed briefing with a map and landmarks, a kayak lesson and high-quality equipment – so you can explore the waterways on your own. On a guided tour, you will be accompanied by an experienced guide who will tell you all about the ecology and history of the region. These tours are also fully catered: There is healthy morning tea and a gourmet lunch with local ingredients. Our guides are qualified, passionate and will make your tour an unforgettable experience.
Can I start earlier or finish earlier?
Our guided and self-guided tours have a fixed structure. If you would like to start earlier or end the tour early, please contact us in advance – we will then check together whether this is possible.
Can I start later or be on the road longer?
Our tours officially end at 15:00 at the latest. If you take a self-guided tour and return later, additional fees will apply.
