Itinerary

Exact itineraries vary depending on the tour type.

Tomorrow – start your adventure
Your experience begins with a leisurely boat trip across the Noosa River before you dive into the majestic Australian Everglades.

Fig Tree Point
The first stop is Fig Tree Point, where you hike on a short circular trail through ancient landscapes and subtropical rainforest. Afterwards, enjoy a little refreshment in the middle of the wilderness.

Continue or canoe tour
Afterwards you have the choice:

Relax on our eco-boat and sail further upstream, or

Grab a canoe and experience one of Australia’s most spectacular paddling adventures.

Harry’s Hut
No matter what you choose, your destination is the historic Harry’s Hut, a former logging camp from the early 1900s. There you have time to explore the grounds. Meanwhile, our eco-guides will provide you with exciting information about the flora, fauna, wildlife and history of the region.

Return & relaxation
Back at the Habitat Noosa Everglades Eco Camp, you can treat yourself to a delicious lunch (at your own expense) or relax in the CootharaBAR & Bistro. Enjoy the view of the lake and try a craft beer from Australia’s only artesian microbrewery.
