Itinerary

Exact itineraries vary depending on the tour type.

You start the tour in the late morning and have time to enjoy Sydney before heading about 50 kilometers west to one of the most impressive national parks in the world – the World Heritage-listed Blue Mountains. Here you can expect vibrant wildlife, ancient Aboriginal history and iconic sandstone cliffs shrouded in a blue haze from the surrounding eucalypt forests.

During the drive through the spectacular Jamison Valley, you will enjoy panoramic views of dramatic gorges and high cliffs. Get up close to the legendary rock formations of the Three Sisters and take a guided bushwalk along picturesque trails to one of the most beautiful waterfalls in New South Wales.

Towards evening, you can watch the changing light moods as the sun sets behind the mountains and casts soft shadows over the wilderness. At the end of the day, there is a short stop for dinner before heading out on a twilight tour to observe kangaroos. Many native animals are seen at dusk and you’ll visit the best places to see Australia’s unique wildlife in their natural habitat.
