Want to travel through Australia in a campervan? Then don’t wait too long! Many models are booked out quickly, especially during the school vacations and in the high season (November to March).

Many tours are limited, seasonal or only start 1-2 times a month. You should definitely plan these in advance:

- Melbourne during events such as the Australian Open, Melbourne Cup etc.
- Magnetic Island (e.g. Nomads, Roamer) – book early for cheap accommodation & ferry packages
Campsites during vacation periods
Popular, full & expensive – that’s the motto for campsites during the vacation season.
Especially around:
- December-January (Summer Break)
- Easter, Anzac Day, Australia Day
