07:15 – Check-in
Meeting point at the Ocean Freedom / Ocean Free Desk in the Reef Fleet Terminal (Cairns). Boarding starts at 7:30 am at the jetty “A Finger No. 5”.

08:00 a.m. – Departure
Start of the journey towards the Outer Great Barrier Reef on board a luxurious 20 m motor catamaran. On board you will be served coffee, tea, fresh fruit and pastries. Our crew will then introduce you to the day’s route.

~09:15 – First reef stop – “Wonder Wall”
Arrival at the breathtaking “Wonder Wall” – the spectacular outer reef edge of Upolu Reef. Here you can snorkel, dive (optional), take part in an adventure drift snorkeling tour or enjoy exciting sea views on a glass-bottom boat trip (weather permitting).

11:30 a.m. – Lunch
Buffet with a delicious selection – including smoked salmon, prawns, salads, sandwiches, tropical fruit – while we drive to the next location.

~13:00 – Second reef stop – Upolu Cay Reef
Dive into the shallow, crystal-clear waters around Upolu Cay. Snorkeling, diving or sunbathing – with optional landing on the cay if conditions are suitable.

~15:00-16:30 – Return journey & snack on the way back
During the return journey you will be treated to tropical fruit, cheese, crackers and a cake platter – the perfect end to a relaxing day on the reef.

~16:30 – Return to Cairns
Arrival at Marlin Marina – late in the afternoon, full of impressions and memories.
