When do I have to check in for the ferry?
Check-in opens one hour before your departure time.
What land activities are included in the package?
You can choose from many activities, including golf, squash, tennis, volleyball, badminton, basketball, cricket and table tennis.
Can I buy food at the resort?
Yes, the resort has various cafés and restaurants where you can get food and drinks.
Can we bring our own food and drinks?
Yes, you are welcome to bring your own food and non-alcoholic drinks. However, alcohol is not permitted as Tangalooma is a licensed facility.
When does the ferry back to Brisbane leave?
The return journey departs daily at 16:00. Please be at the departure zone at least 30 minutes before check-in. Depending on conditions, you will reach Brisbane around 17:30.
