If you’re short on time or on a budget, our 3-4 hour surf experience is just the thing for you. The package includes round-trip transportation from Byron Bay, a short safety training in the ocean, warm-up exercises, surf lessons and, of course, plenty of time on the board.

Exact itineraries vary depending on the tour type. 

Morning – pick-up in Byron Bay
We will pick you up directly from your accommodation in Byron Bay and take you to the beach that offers the best conditions for learning to surf that day. There are several fantastic beaches south of Byron Bay to choose from.

Arrival at the beach – preparation
You will be given your surfboard and – if necessary – a wetsuit on site. After a short stretching session and an introduction on the beach, you’ll be ready for the waves.

Surf action – Get in the water!
Let’s get started: with our professional and motivating surf instructors, you will learn step by step how to ride your first waves. The focus is on fun, safety and a quick sense of achievement.

  • Cancellations between 14 days and 28 days before the start date will incur a 25% fee.
