Experience FAQs

Children’s rates apply for 0 to 12 years. Babies from 0 to 4 years may be able to participate in selected tours, but some day trips are not suitable due to the terrain or duration. A child ticket is required for babies as they count towards the number of participants. Child seats can be requested at the time of booking (availability not guaranteed). Our vehicles do not have space for baby carriages or buggies – these must remain at the hotel or accommodation.

Please only bring small daypacks or hand luggage, as the vehicles only have limited storage space. Suitcases or large rucksacks must be stored in the hotel or in lockers at the bus station.

Only a low fitness level is required to manage the planned walks.

The tour is conducted with a maximum of 23 guests. Our vehicles are 24-seater Mitsubishi Rosa buses – safe, comfortable, air-conditioned and with large windows for optimal views. If demand is high, the tour can occasionally be conducted in a smaller or larger vehicle.

The tour will also take place in the event of rain or bad weather, unless we contact you. The tour will only be canceled in extreme weather conditions if safety cannot be guaranteed.
