From Brisbane, you can be on Bribie Island in about an hour. The route takes you north along the Bruce Highway and directly over the bridge onto the island. The drive is uncomplicated and offers beautiful views – a relaxed start to your adventure!

Dress comfortably and wear sturdy shoes. Make sure you pack a bathing suit and a towel for the lagoons or a dip in the sea. You should also take sunscreen, a hat and sunglasses. A camera is ideal for capturing wildlife and the landscape. Don’t forget a reusable water bottle to keep you hydrated during the tour.
