Where do you collect from?
Pick up from hotels in Cairns City (from 7:00am), Trinity Beach (from 7:40am), Palm Cove (from 7:50am), Clifton & Kewarra Beach (from 7:35am), Yorkeys Knob (from 7:45am) and Port Douglas (from 8:30am). Pick-up also available from Machans Beach, Holloways Beach, Redlynch, most caravan parks (except Crystal Cascades) and some AirBnBs/private accommodation. The exact time will be advised at the time of booking.
Do you take special dietary requirements into account?
a – please specify in the comments field when booking or send us an email. The lunch menu is served in the morning, so you can choose between dishes such as barramundi fish, beef steak, chicken, kangaroo or a vegetarian option. Fruit platter, bread & butter, fruit juice, tea & coffee are included.
Which vehicles are used?
We travel in specially converted Mercedes Sprinter 14-seaters with powerful air conditioning in the rear.
Can I be picked up in Cairns and dropped off in Port Douglas (or vice versa)?
Yes, this is possible at no extra charge. Please note: limited storage space, no large suitcases possible.
Is there an opportunity to swim?
Yes, you can swim in the crystal-clear waters of Mossman Gorge (depending on daytime conditions). Changing rooms are available at the Visitor Center. Please bring swimwear & towel.
Do you provide booster seats for children?
Yes, for children aged 4 and over – included free of charge in the children’s price. Please state the age of the child when booking.
Can wheelchairs or walking aids be brought along?
Unfortunately not – wheelchairs or walkers cannot be transported on board for space reasons.
